Day pass Check-ins

Customers who purchase a 10 Day pass must be checked in each time they utilise a day in the space

Casual customers can purchases a 10 day pass, which should be charged for on the day of request via the charge now tab in Hamlet.

Once the purchase has been completed the passes are ready to use. You can check customers in on their profile under the overview tab.

  1. New 10 day Passes purchased will be visible in the 'Available passes' are. Click 'use' to start using the passes.

  2. Ensure the date and location is correct that you want to check the customer in for.

  3. Select the relevant team member to check-in and click the Check in button.

  4. This will of the member as present for the day on the date and location specified, and reduce their available days by 1.

  5. Once you've reached zero on a customer, you need to alert them to purchase a new pass charge for it again in the billing area.
