Email template set up

There are a number of emails that Hamlet sends to customers to communicate information such as lead& support replies, invoices and more.

Email set up

  1. Provide a logo to our support team to set up your template.

  2. Ensure all the key details are set up in settings>locations details/space as some of these will be dynamically inserted into emails as variables and also be used as the 'from' address.

  3. Navigate to communications>templates to set up reply templates using variables for specific purposes such as lead and support replies.
