Terminology

Familiarise yourself with the key areas of Customer profiles.

Customer Account

Billing name: The name of the Customers account. (Could be a company, business or consultants name.)

Business size: The size of the entire business listed as the Customer account, not just members joining or using a WOTSO location.

Contact: The main contact for billing and communications. (Could be an internal member or an external person also.)

Team members: People within a Customer Account who work in or for the business.

Member Types

Local: A member who is to occupy a physical desk in a WOTSO location. Virtual: A member who pays for a Virtual Office item. Casual: A member who uses a WOTSO location in any capacity on a casual basis.

Membership levels

Premium: 50% off meeting rooms. Applies to Locals only. Plus: 50% off meeting rooms. Can apply to Virtuals or Casuals. Standard: No discounts on rooms. Can apply to Virtuals or Casuals.

Contact: Only one Team member can be listed as the dedicated contact for a Customer account. Invoice contact: Email address and Name of any other people who wish to receive a copy of invoices (up to 5).
