Updating/Changing a customers billing name

At times Customers may change their business name. This name is liked to billing so passes from Hamlet to Xero and Integrapay. However, after the initial set up of a customer, Integrapay does not pull changes of names.

Therefore, if you are to update a customers billing name (their main account billing name) this must be communicated to accounts team to mirror the change in Integrapay.

  1. Change the name in the customers profile within Hamlet. This will also update the name with in XERO.

  2. Create a note on the customers profile in Hamlet detailing the name change and @ alert accounts team to update the customers name in Integrapay also.
