Adding Private & Extra desks to offices
How to assigning customers on private desks to an office.
Ask the Admin team to create an inventory item with the exact same office name that the private desk will be in. Name this item [Same Name as office] + Pvt desk 01,02, etc...
Ensure this new Private desk inventory item the correct price.
Assign this item to the private desk occupier.
If the entire vacant office is sold, move private desk customers to another office and rename the inventory items.
This will allow the office to still show as vacant yet also account for Private desk inventory.
How to assigning extra desks to an office.
Ask the Admin team to create an inventory item with the exact same office name that the desk will be in. Name this item [Same name as office] - Extra desk 01,02 etc
Give this Extra desk inventory item the correct price.
Assign this item to the Customer who is already occupying the Office (or the customer who will be paying for it).
Once this desk is vacated, ensure to request admin to delete this inventory item.
